Return & Exchange Policy.

**Due to the sensory and hands-on nature of our products, all sales are final.**

*We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on items that have been open, used, or damaged after play - especially items like slime, slime kits, playdoh, kenetic sand or squishies as well as small play cars, which can wear down with regular use. 

We carefully inspect and package all toys before shipping. If your item arrives **damaged or incorrect**, please email us at [email protected] within *3* days of delivery** and include a photo of the item. if necessary, we may ask you to send the item back so we can investigate what went wrong.
